Sorry the screenshots have been removed automatically to avoid virus payload 
problems. 

The issue you talk about may be a problem in either the OOo code or in the 
Delphi code. Please create the smallest XLS file you can and can you please 
report this in issuezilla ? ( http://openoffice.org -> "My Pages" -> 
"Register", then when you receive a confirmation email, "Login" and "File an 
issue" )
In this way the relevant developers will see your bug report / suggestion and 
you will also see the progress of this feature / bug report if it is 
accepted.

Obviously attach the example file and mark the issue as a "regression".

Since you are moving to OpenOffice.org anyway you may also want to think about 
moving the file generation to an ODS file directly. It is reasonably easy as 
you can create the xml files as normal text files. (Unzip an ODS file and 
examine content.xml ).
