[users] I cant open openoffice.org to retrieve my documents. Im using version 1.1.2

Hi,
 
I cant open openoffice.org.  it says, get storage, no content.   This 
happened once before, and you sent me an email to fix it, and i did, but i  
cant find 
the email now, and i cant remember how i did it.  Please refresh  my memory 
with that email, so i can get my documents back.
