If Headings are used in a text document and a Table of Contents is made,
hyperlinks can be added "automatically" by using the Entries tab (Insert >
Indexes & Tables > Indexes & Tables > Entries tab).
You can click on a hyperlink in the TOC and the cursor will go to the page
in the document that has that Heading. The anchor can not be seen. How can
the anchor be seen or how can the name of the anchor be found?
