Hi Debbie,
 Another problem maybe that the memory(RAM) in your computer is not always 
working correctly. My own computer had a similar problem for some months with 
me thinking that it was the NVIDIA driver causing the problem. You can easily 
check with a tool called memtest86 (use google to find it) which is free. It 
may be a godd idea to download it and test your computer if your problems 
persist.
