The first step is to remove them from OOo's list of bases. To do this,
Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Base > Databases. In the right side of
this window, you should see a list called Registered databases. Click one
of the databases you want to get rid of and then click delete. You should
then see this message: "Do you want to delete the entry?" Click "Yes".
Repeat these two steps for all of the databases you want to delete.
This does not delete these databases from your hard drive, but it does
remove them from OOo's list of databases. You should then be able to
delete the databases themselves by going to their folder and deleting
them. If you still get a message that the selected database is being used
by someone else, then this is a windows problem.
