[users] No Chinese in Kubuntu

Unable to key Chinese via SCIM in OOo2 in Ubuntu, I tried the Kubuntu 
desktop. I am now able to key Chinese in a variety of locations, but NOT 
OOo2. It no longer crashes, though. It doesn't do anything. Evidently 
SCIM simply does not recognize OOo2. It doesn't even come up when the 
program is launched.
