I'm probably not understanding your scheme, but can't you setup permanent cell references in the new sheet pointing back at the data sheet? The format that you described seems to be sufficiently fixed to be able to do that. E.g. In the new sheet: Cell A1: =DataSheet.A1 Cell C1: =DataSheet.A53 Cell A53: =DataSheet.A105 etc. Then when you sort the data sheet, the new (Report) sheet should automatically update.
