Seems someone is trying to make money off OO. I haven't check, but
wouldn't be surprised if there were other listings as well.

It's perfectly legal to sell OOo. I checked the link and the "buy it
now" price was $9.99 -- hardly highway robbery or a way for someone to
get rich quick. People with slow-speed connections sometimes find it
attractive to pay a few bucks for a CD rather than deal with downloading
issues.
I also checked other sellers on E-bay. Prices seemed to range from $7 to
$15, including shipping. Not outrageous at all. And in a free market, if
anyone doesn't like the price, there's no obligation to pay it.
