[users] getting the thing to work

ive loaded all the stuff twice now   I click on the icon and all that 
comes up  is the install folders.

I want to be able to type a document. It doesnt work.!!!! I think I 
should go back to Microsoft office !!!  Please lrt me what is going on.....
