Yes and no with OOo
The "Yes" part - You can export a writer; calc; etc file to *.pdf
and use Adobe reader or KGostview to read them. From the menu
use "File -> Export to PDF"
or File -> Export and choose either XHTML or PDF
or send -> (e-mail or PDF attachment). I don't know if that is
available in the windows verion or not.
The "No" part - To be able to have certain areas answerable by
the reader, I believe, is a feature keyed by Acrobat itself, to
the best of my knowledge.
