I need to use monotype corsiva font for a wedding invite and it is not
listed in my choices of fonts. How do I download it and from where?

One place you can get it from is here:

It is a commercial Adobe font, and so is not free. You probably want the
Windows Truetype version.
If you used the word "need" loosely, and only need a font "like" that one,
then you can look for similar free fonts on some other sites.
A few sites I would recommend are:
