Glad the problem was found; that was the only thing I could think of when I first heard the problem description. But it sounded a bit far-fetched, because I know what is involved in saving a document as a template and then designating that template as the default. Not that it's highly complicated -- but it doesn't seem like something that someone would do by accident either. So it still seems unexpected that something like this would be done inadvertently. But I guess it did happen!
