[users] Difference between OpenOffice 2.0.3 and MS Office

Dear sir or madam,
  For some reason, I accidentally deleted MS Office from my computer. One of my 
friends told me that I can get OpenOffice from your website. I have used 
Windows MS Office my entire life. My question is that is that is OpenOffice 
2.0.3 same as MS Office. And even if it is a little bit different, would take 
some time to get used to it if I have never used it before. Please respond to 
this mail.
