You use Regular Expressions to do this in Find and Replace. An example is in our FAQs, http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/word_processing/016.html and there is a bit in the User Guide, http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf along with a good reference to background on regular expressions.
