Most likely you downloaded OpenOffice.org without JRE and
installed it.
Go to http://java.com and download the latest JRE from that site.
Install JRE. (Unless you are running Windows 98, 98SE, or ME, you
need Administrative rights to install JRE just as you did with
OpenOffice.org.) Then go to Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Java.
The program will search your harddrive for JRE and list it in the
window. Click OK, and that should solve the problem.
