Here's how you can estimate it:
I think the Windows version is roughly 100 Mbytes, which is
approximately 1 billion bits of network traffic (roughly the number of
download bytes times 10 as a rule of thumb), so divide 1 billion by your
internet connection speed (bits per second) and that will, very roughly,
be how many seconds it should take.
