I wish to choose the UK spelling dictionary.
In Writer, via tools > spellcheck > options, I select the UK
dictionary, which works during that checking session.
However, next time I run a check (or when the program checks
automatically) it has reverted to the US spellings.
The same for the Thesaurus.
How can I opt for the UK dictionary permanently?
