[users] Won't open

[DON LIKENS]

I have tried to download open office twice and both times it has downloaded to 
my computer with out a problem. When I tried to have it unpacked it would not 
allow open office to unpack. A warning box appeared stating that windows was 
unable to open the files and to check to ensure the files were actually there 
and I had permission to access these files. What am I doing wrong?
