[users] reinstallation/upgrade problem

I've downloaded the 2.0.3 version of Oo, but believe I deleted the 2.0.0 
version's installation folder.  Now the new installation fails (Error 
1714) because it can't uninstall the previous one.  I've tried to 
uninstall the original version through Add/Remove Programs in XP's 
control panel, but the same problem occurs when it can't find the 
original openofficeorg20.msi file.  Please advise
