Yes, there is a version of OpenOffice.org 2.0.3 in French, German, Japanese and American English available as a direct download from the OpenOffice.org main web page. If you are looking for another language, such as Dutch, Danish, Norsk, they were not formally processed through the qualility assurance process, but are available at ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/2.0.3rc7.
