Robert: Simple.
1. Drag OpenOffice.org Application to the trash. 2. Drag the OpenOffice.org 2.0 folder under the Library/Application Support in the User directory (you get here by clicking on the MacIntosh HD item on the Desktop, then your User name, then the Library folder, then the Application Support folder) into the trash. 3. Empty trash. Removing X11 is more complicated and I've found no reason to remove it.
