Still no support for the Mac in the free version.
It is weird they'd make a Linux version but not a Mac Version (especially since OSX is based on BSD and they use Intel CPUs now).

For what it's worth, I use the enterprise version of Grisoft at the office for virus
protection and it's thus far proven to be an excellent product.
