Ascension Health, and CSC! I had to use windows, and was even written up for "Playing with Linux" on my desktop. Even though eventually it got to the point where I could run it, there are situations when people are just plain paranoid about anything that works. If you are in a Shop where Windows rules the day, you run windows, Pure and simple. Its stupid, its buggy, its crash prone, but you have to run it.
