I have two identical index entries, one on page 12 of chapter 6 and one
on page 1 of chapter 7. I would like to combine these entries in the
index. I expected something like this:
Entry...............6-12,7-1
What I got was this:
Entry...............7-1,12
I find this misleading since there is no indication that the second
reference is to chapter 6.
Is there a way to combine entries and get the chapter numbers properly
identified for each case?.
