[users] Unable to download Open Office

Your product was highly recommended, however, after multiple attempts, I am  
unable to download the software.  I have a dial-up Internet connection and  
the time it states needed to download is between 12 - 16 hours.  
 
Am I doing something wrong?  Any suggestions?
