These files are used in the installation process. At the bottom of the 
list of files in that folder is the program setup.exe (if you are 
using Windows). If you have already installed OpenOffice.org (OOo), 
you no longer need the files in this folder. If you have not 
installed OOo, you can do so using these files.
     If you are using Windows 2000 or XP (Home or Pro), you need to 
log in as the Administrator first. Then browse to this folder and 
double click setup.exe. The installation will then begin.
     After the installation had finished, you can remove the folder 
containing these files if you desire. Log back in as a regular user. 
Go to Start > All Programs and double click the OpenOffice.org icon. 
A window will open requesting some personal information. This is only 
placed in the OOo folder in your user's section. At this time you can 
choose to register with the OOo web site if you so desire, but this 
is not mandatory. You are free to chose any of the other choices 
including the one that you will never register. After that, OOo will 
open normally.
