Top Post: You are correct. Open the Styles and Formating window (F11). Click the List Styles icon. Right click 'section 2 numbering' and select modify from the context menu. Select the 'Options' tab. Click Level 2 to highlight it. Change 'Show sublevels' for 1 to 2. This should do it.
