We have installed Openoffice recently and would like to learn how to
have two pictures on the screen at the same time. Excel allows us to
operate two pictures and transport info. from to to the other. This we
do in the barline Window but does not seem to be possible in
Openoffice.calc.
Using Window / New Window has already been mentioned.
You can also use Window / Split to display two or four different segments
of the spreadsheet at the same time in the same window.
For two segments:
Place your cursor somewhere in Column A (let's say A15 for example). Then
select Window / Split from the menu.
For four segments:
Place your cursor somewhere in the middle of the screen (let's say F15 for
example). Then select Window / Split.
To return to just displaying one section on your spreadsheet again, select
Window / Split from the menu.
