No there does not. The only way to run OOo on a Mac with OS 9.2 is to create a linux partition on the hard drive and run a linux version of OOo. This, of course, means that you would have to switch partitions every time you wanted to use OOo. There are several versions of linux (PPC) that will run on a Mac, and yellow dog linux is one of them.
