Yes, don't use the Quickstarter in 2.0.3. It triggers a bug in OOo2.0.3
that will be fixed in 2.0.4.

The path is still the same as before (user/template or whereever you
have changed it to by yourself), OOo2.0.3 just doesn't display this.
This also will be fixed in 2.0.4.
