Albert, In the current version the template-paths are marked as critical to the application an therefore hidden. You can access them throug the config-files. In the next version 2.0.4 the paths will be visible under Tools>Options again.
In the meanwhile your personal templates are stored under: C:/documents and setting/<User>/Application Data/OpenOffice.org2/User/Template The general templates are stored under: <Path to installdirectory>/share/template Any files you put in these directories will show when you right-click on the systemtray and choose From template ...
