I have downloaded the latest download for OO2.0.4 I have the install icon on my desktop and have used it twice, to no avail. When i click the tool tray icon for my OO2.0.3, or the icon on the desktop, I get a message that says "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." How can I remedy this? I have really enjoyed using OO 2.0.3 and am looking forward to the upgraded version.
