Recently a professor emeritus of Chinese literature with whom I collaborate in a study of early modern Chinese encyclopaedias suffered a computer crash and lost irretrievably (she thought) all her files. When I pointed out to her that she had, on my advice, saved them on Mozy, and she was a consequence able to retrieve them, she was both stunned and thrilled.
