Disconnect from the internet; stop your Anti Virus (AV) software; stop your firewall(s); try the installation. 2. If that works, restart your AV and firewall(s) and *only* then re-connect to the internet. 2a. If it didn't work, come back here. AV and firewall programs often prevent software installation; nothing to do with OOo.
