Yes, you can, but you will have to save your documents in MS format. In
OO Writer, you will save them in MS Word format, in Calc, in MS Excel
format, in Impress, it will be MS Powerpoint format. If you use ver
ycomplex features, maybe the conversion will not be perfect. In that
case, report the problems.
