Is my procedure correct? here is what I did: I started at the download
page and selected OpenOffice.org 2.0.3 Windows. That took me to the
download chooser and I selected OpenOffice.org-2.0.3, win, and en-US
(en-US). I have tried this over a period of several days and I always
get the message "The download you selected is not available. Please
try again later."

You should be able to get 2.0.3 from the mirrors, listed here:
http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/index.html#mirrors
I haven't checked now because my internet connection is labouring to get
anything at present but they were there recently.
