I think that your job is very good.
You need to include the "sort order" parameter (=false, in this case),
to get the result you are looking for. For example, when the formula in
Q22 is
=HLOOKUP(Q$10;$D$10:$S$16;$B$22;0) instead of only
=HLOOKUP(Q$10;$D$10:$S$16;$B$22) as you have it entered, the value
returned is "A".
