Hi, my PC continually reboots after installing the above software. It gets as far as the 'Windows' 'loading' screen, the one with the horizontally scrolling bar, then black-screens and then shuts down and re-starts. This is a continuous process. I can, however, start the PC in 'Safe Mode', but this does not allow me to remove installed programs and so I cannot remove the software. The PC is protected with AVG anti-virus software, with the latest virus definitions, and Microsoft Defender (Anti-Spyware) with the latest definitions. I have scanned the PC for both viruses and spyware (in Safe Mode) and none are reported. I have to believe the problem is caused by the OpenOffice. Can anyone help?
