[users] "missing vcl resource" OpenOffice 2.1

I have just upgraded from v2.0 to v2.1 on a pc running XP Professional. When
I try to launch OpenOffice I get a "Missing vcl resource" error and OO 
fails to
open.
I've tried Repairing the installation to no avail.

Any suggestions please?
