I took delivery of a disk from think all publishing. I think I
followed the instructions on the packet correctly.
I double-clicked on disk icon on desktop
double-clicked on MAC OS X in Finder window
Opened folder OPEN OFFICE for MAC
Double-clicked OO0_2.0.0_MACOSX_install.dmg
Open Office 2.0 appeared after installation complete
clicked to open application and try it out
Open Office appeared in dock and in application bar at top of screen
No blank file appeared and there was no way to open up a new file
to work on
Application closed itself after about 30 seconds
Please advise.
