What you should have is
Name: Livio Cipriano
Email: "Livio Cipriano"<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
At least that is how I have mine setup and both Name and email address
appear in the From field. When sending emails this way, you should
also make sure that in the column contained the To fields are also
entered as the Email above.
