I'm sure that 90% of them are new to mailing lists.
I was ignorant of such things in 1992 when I first got on the internet.
They will learn. Every day there are 1000's of people trying the
internet for the first time.
Your note is useful in that they learn why most people don't use or
allow them. :)
I set all Return Receipts to go to the Trash folder and never see them.
