[users] Install Error

I continue to get an error when installing OpenOffice 2.1.  I have been 
using OpenOffice 2.0, and when the install package tries to remove the old 
package it gets hung up and stops.  It is looking of a file 
"openofficeorg20.msi" and can't find it.  I've looked on my computer for 
that file and can't find it.  The old version continues to work.  What can I 
do?
