Correct your Page Styles and Paragraph Styles.
<CTRL><F12>"Page styles" then select the appropriate page style and add
headers to it.
The Switch to "Paragraph styles", and fix "right header".

Then go in add add the appropriate data in the appropriate place.

This probably will mean moving your cursor to the top right hand side,
then ">Insert >Fields >Page Number".

Your description is somewhat vague. I'd need more details to tell you
what to do so it doesn't happen. [There are roughly a dozen different
options that do something similar to your description.]

You need to change the Cell styles.
<CTRL><F12> "Cell Styles", then select the appropriate ones, and change
the the font attributes.

I'd suggest that you spend some time learning how to use Styles. The
three problems you describe can be easily fixed using Styles correctly.
