This was a little weird. I first tried to save the file by right
clicking the link in the email and saving the link as a file in my
Download folder. I got an error message. Then I tried double clicking
it to open it in Acrobat Reader. From that program I could save it
to my home folder but not my Download folder. It downloaded after a
short period of time. Then I tried the second time to download it
directly to my Download folder. It worked that time. It may have
something to do with the server rather than the file.
I had no problem double clicking the link and having Acrobat
Reader open it.
