Based on the OOo license, people are allowed to sell OOo. Without
further information its hard to say what that exact user was selling.
However, the standard version of OOo (www.openoffice.org) does not
have that 'ribbon' that Office 2007 is trying to claim enhances
productivity (thank goodness)...
