Hi,
You did not include very many details in your email but it sounds
like you are trying to email a document to someone who does not have
OpenOffice.
If this person does not need to edit the document you are sending I
recommed trying File -> Send -> Email as PDF
If the person would like to edit the file try File -> Send -> Email
as Microsoft Word
Either way the recipient will be able to print the document.
Alternatively you could advise your recipient to install OpenOffice
on their machine.
If this is not the problem you are having please email again
including more details such as your OS (windows/Linux etc), which
version of OpenOffice you are using and any error messages that occur.
