Hi.  You can alter the size with Tools >Options >OOo >View : User Interface
: Scaling.

On the same screen de-select "Use system font for user interface".  Move to
>Fonts in the same list as >View, then insert Andale Sans UI as the font to
be replaced, choose the replacement font, add it to the table and select
"Apply replacement table".  Those settings give the best results on the
Linux OSs I have used.
