Keyboard unicode input (Ctrl+Shift+NNN) fails http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=69468
Regression appeared in 2.0.4, still in 2.1 and latest snapshot (i.e., on track to appear in 2.2). No developer has even confirmed the issue.
It's hardly the most earth-shattering problem--a simple confirmation with "no time to fix this" would be sufficient--but it looks bad for a regression to go completely ignored.
This is the only issue I've ever seen that hasn't at least been triaged; I'm beginning to think this one is a special problem.
