I am running OSX 10.4 Tiger, using an intel processor. I successfully downloaded the latest version of open office from your web site, but when I try to open it using DiskImageMounter, it doesn't do anything because DIM doesn't recognize the file. I have tried searching your faqs section, but I couldn't find anything relevant to this problem. Please tell me how I can find help or suggest some tips for me. Thanks.
